Can it be retrieved if it did not completely load? If another save is done on my Passport after the attempt to load this data is it still recoverable? Is there a way to transfer Passport files without deleting them (my Passport saved file folder is empty and there is now a Recovered file with data on it)?
I back up weekly via Norton on my Passport, Is it possible that it would only save some of my documents, but not all? The people who replaced my hard drive blame my Passport for the lost data!
